While at Group SJR, I led a full site redesign for the fashion brand Milly that included an entirely new e-commerce checkout flow and the development of online magazine/blog that seamlessly integrated the brand's social channels.
I was responsible for creative direction & oversight, discovering and defining client & technical requirements, and defining the overall project scope & direction. I was also responsible for creating and managing project timelines as well as managing client expectations about technology and web development.
